Lesley's own journey is nothing short of inspiring. A certified personal trainer with a Master's degree in psychology, she understands the deep connection between physical and emotional well-being. Her dedication to fitness is evident in her impressive accomplishments, which include conquering Mount Kilimanjaro, completing numerous marathons and half-marathons, and thriving in martial arts competitions. In the past decade, she's discovered a love for functional fitness and CrossFit, where she enjoys pushing her limits in both individual and team settings.
For over ten years, Lesley has leveraged her knowledge and experience to empower others to achieve their fitness goals. Her enthusiasm and in-depth understanding of fitness make her an invaluable asset to The Banks Fitness community.

Now, I use that knowledge to guide people on a fast track to moving in a healthier way, so that you don't have to spend years figuring it out for yourself. I have helped dozens of clients to become stronger, fitter, healthier, and more confident in themselves, and the list only keeps growing.
