Training is focused on improving your strength & conditioning by developing your lifting skills with a Barbell & Dumbbells along with the development of your fitness abilities & body weight exercises.
WHO IS IT FOR?
For the everyday gym athlete who enjoys functional fitness training & wants to become the strongest & fittest they've ever been!
3-4 training sessions per week:
3 strength & conditioning days
1 optional extra engine/cardio day.

WHAT IS BUILD ?
Training that is focused on increasing your strength & building muscle by using a range of exercises that will promote overall muscle growth & strength.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Build is for the everyday gym user who wants to focus on establishing solid foundations of muscle & strength, whilst enjoying the aesthetics side of training.
3 training sessions per week.
WORKOUT DURATION
50-60 mins
WHAT IS THE FEMALE PROGRAM?
This program is a progressive, easy to follow program, with the main focus being the female physique.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The program is for women who want to improve muscle definition, build muscular endurance and become fitter healthier and stronger females.
5 training days per week:
3 strength days
2 conditioning days.
